I redesigned and rebuilt the front-end of the company website. I liaised with senior management to implement their feedback. I engaged in consultancy on graphic design, CSS tableless layouts, stock imagery/photography usage and the latest design software.

I introduced tabbed content navigation and clear definition to the vast amount of information that was too overpowering and increasing bounce rates.

I tutored design staff, built emails (for Refreshed Mail) and designed PDFs for the company business strategy. I studied their Google Analytics reports to gain an insight into user behaviour.

I edited scripts, forms and PHP includes and liaised with PHP developers on website functionality.
